Many of those who have shunned the practical skylight, found outlets for their stegological sympathies in their writings. Thus, in Shakespeare's most human play, Wall occupies a sufficiently remarkable position, and is saluted with many endearing synonyms as 'Mural,' 'wittiest Partition,' etc., but it is even more significant that the author has centered all the dramatic interest and all Pyramus' affection in the 'chink'.
